Clyde has over 45 years of experience in the parking industry. Since co-founding TPN in 1997, he has innovated, produced and implemented parking solutions that have changed the industry. Outside of work he is an avid cyclist and proficient pilot that enjoys time with his family outside of Houston, TX.

Krista Olien

President

After graduating from Texas A&M University, Krista began her professional career as a math teacher for 7 years. After earning a Masters degree she transitioned to the parking industry in 2018 as a data analyst. Outside of work she loves being outdoors and spending time with her family in Dripping Springs, TX.

Trina Tutor

Manager of Analytics & Insights

A graduate of Abilene Christian University, Trina spent the first 7 years of her professional career as a Speech Language Pathology Asst. In 2021 she transitioned to the parking industry as a Data Analyst. Outside of work she loves baking sourdough, cultivating her garden, and spending time with family in Abilene, TX.

Leigh Thomas 

Project Manager

A graduate of Wayland Baptist University, Leigh taught high school mathematics for 8 years. In May 2023, she transitioned to the business sector and now is a Data Analyst for TPN. When she isn't studying a spreadsheet, Leigh and her family love hiking and playing near their East Idaho home.

Chyloe Marr 

Manager of Digital Marketing 

After graduating from Texas State University, Chyloe began her career as a teacher and coach before transitioning into the parking industry in 2023. As TPN’s Manager of Digital Marketing & Podcast Producer, she oversees digital content, marketing initiatives, and podcast production, helping connect parking professionals through industry news, insights, and conversations. She resides in Central Texas and enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors.

Tory Benner

Data Analyst

After graduating from Hardin-Simmons University, Tory began her professional career as a Speech-Language Pathologist Asst. After working as an SLPA for 3 years, Tory transitioned to become a stay-at-home mom. After 8 years of staying home and caring for her children, she transitioned to the parking industry in 2025 and joined TPN. Aside from work, Tory enjoys attending her kid’s sporting events and spending time with her family in Clyde, Texas.

Kim DeKold

Analytics & Publications Assistant

A graduate of University of Colorado, Boulder, Kim worked for Motorola, GSTG, then pursued teaching high-school math, and then full-time motherhood.  Later, she taught GED math at her local college and then transitioned to a data analyst for TPN in February 2025.  She enjoys hiking, reading, sharing ideas, and spending time with her family in Moscow, Idaho.

Presley Montoya

Digital Marketing Associate

Presley graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Marketing and has a background in photography and digital marketing. As part of the TPN team, she supports marketing initiatives and helps connect parking professionals through engaging content and industry conversations. Outside of work, Presley enjoys spending time outside with her two daughters in New Braunfels, TX.

Amanda Cairns

Data Analyst

Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Tarleton State University and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from The University of Texas Permian Basin. Her professional background includes administrative support, eight years of classroom teaching, and proposal writing. Joining TPN in 2026 as a Data Analyst allows Amanda to bring together the knowledge and skills developed throughout her career. Amanda and her family enjoy belly laughs, outdoor adventures, and spending time on their ranch in West Texas.

Alexandra Foster

Data Analyst

My background includes several years in the medical field, working in ophthalmology and oral surgery, as well as customer service as a barista. I also spent time as a stay-at-home mom, which was an incredibly rewarding chapter of my life.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, cooking, fitness, and spending time with my family. Much of our time revolves around the kids’ sports and activities, and we love making memories together.
