Clyde has over 45 years of experience in the parking industry. Since co-founding TPN in 1997, he has innovated, produced and implemented parking solutions that have changed the industry. Outside of work he is an avid cyclist and proficient pilot that enjoys time with his family outside of Houston, TX.

Krista Olien

President

After graduating from Texas A&M University, Krista began her professional career as a math teacher for 7 years. After earning a Masters degree she transitioned to the parking industry in 2018 as a data analyst. Outside of work she loves being outdoors and spending time with her family in Dripping Springs, TX.  

Trina Tutor

Senior Data Analyst 

A graduate of Abilene Christian University, Trina spent the first 7 years of her professional career as a Speech Language Pathology Asst. In 2021 she transitioned to the parking industry as a Data Analyst. Outside of work she loves baking sourdough, cultivating her garden, and spending time with family in Abilene, TX. 

Leigh Thomas 

Data Analyst

A graduate of Wayland Baptist University, Leigh taught high school mathematics for 8 years. In May 2023, she transitioned to the business sector and now is a Data Analyst for TPN. When she isn't studying a spreadsheet, Leigh and her family love hiking and playing near their East Idaho home. 

Chyloe Marr

Digital Strategist & Podcast Producer

After graduating from Texas State University, Chyloe began her teaching career as a middle school teacher and coach for 6 years. In 2023 she transitioned to the parking industry and is now a digital strategist and podcast producer for TPN. Aside from work, Chyloe loves learning about photography and spending time with her family in Magnolia, Texas. 

Tory Benner

Data Analyst & Assistant Digital Strategist

After graduating from Hardin-Simmons University, Tory began her professional career as a Speech-Language Pathologist Asst. After working as an SLPA for 3 years, Tory transitioned to become a stay-at-home mom. After 8 years of staying home and caring for her children, she transitioned to the parking industry in 2025 and joined TPN. Aside from work, Tory enjoys attending her kid’s sporting events and spending time with her family in Baird, Texas.

Kim DeKold

Analytics & Publications Assistant 

A graduate of University of Colorado, Boulder, Kim worked for Motorola, GSTG, then pursed teaching high-school math, and then full-time motherhood.  Later, she taught GED math at her local college and then transitioned to a data analyst for TPN in February 2025.  She enjoys hiking, reading, sharing ideas, and spending time with her family in Moscow, Idaho.
