October Parking Professional Spotlight

This month, TPN highlights Sarah Blouch from CampusParc. Sarah has been a pillar in the world of parking foundations for over 40 years. One of her most unique achievements has been making the big transition from public to private ownership – difficult in any field! Today, Sarah is the CEO of CampusParc, one of the country's first and most successful long-term university lease concessions.
TPN always likes to joke that there is no degree to attain a "Bachelor of Parking"; there is only fieldwork to learn the many nuances of our industry. While her higher education has helped, Sarah is a prime example of this school of hard knocks approach so common in parking. She entered the parking industry, barely old enough to vote, as a senior clerk at the University of Oklahoma parking division. She is now the CEO of a trail-blazing private parking company. Founded in 2012, CampusParc is a newer company in the industry. However, they value experience in the field and implore and invite the help of others, such as Sarah and Propark, to maximize the success of their programs.
Outside of her successful career, Sarah is passionate about pet adoption, specifically dogs and dogs that seem to be overlooked by potential adopters. The same talents Sarah utilizes in her professional leadership style also helps her connect with these pups who seek to be seen.
TPN had the pleasure of featuring Sarah on Our Parking Industry podcast. In the episode, Sarah explained some of the significant hurdles and accomplishments she has faced in her career. To learn more, listen here!
