Direct Technical Communication To The Parking Facility

  • In-Lane intercom communication link to TPN’s 24-Hour command center.
  • Intercom call roll-over feature forwards calls to TPN supervisors to ensure all calls are answered in a timely fashion as well as to promote efficient customer service operations.
  • Direct link to facility management system’s host computer via DSL or T-1 line technology.
  • TPN supervisors can connect to the facility from anywhere in the world at a moment’s notice in the event command center personnel require supervisory input or assistance.
