via DSL or T-1 line technology.
- TPN supervisors can connect to the facility from anywhere
in the world at a moment’s notice in the event command center
personnel require supervisory input or assistance.
- All calls are logged, tracked, and trended to ensure
that command center personnel training is ongoing in addition
to identifying and remedying the sources of any customer
issues that may be consistently reported.
